Choose the correct AC service

Book basic AC service for regular filter cleaning and basic performance checks.

Choose deep cleaning or jet cleaning when cooling is weak due to dirt buildup or the indoor unit has not been cleaned for a long time.

Choose gas refill or leak check only when cooling is poor and the professional confirms the issue after inspection.

Know what may cost extra

Gas, copper pipe, sensor, PCB, capacitor, motor, remote, stand, wiring, and spare parts are usually not included in the visit fee.

Wall cutting, core cutting, welding, fabrication, electrical line changes, and unsafe outdoor unit access should be quoted separately.

Before the professional arrives

Clear access around the indoor and outdoor unit.

Keep previous service details, warranty status, and known issues ready. If the outdoor unit is hard to access, inform support before the visit.
