Provider Terms & Conditions

For professionals, service partners and their attending teams. Read alongside the general terms, privacy policy and applicable professional agreement and booking terms.

Fees and payments

Your agreement

Your fees, earnings and settlement terms are set out in your agreement with TaskTigers and the booking details. Check them before accepting a job. Contact support if anything is unclear.

Customer payments

Charge only the agreed service price and approved extras. Follow the payment instructions for the booking and record any payment you receive. Do not collect an extra fee that has not been agreed.

Cancelled or disputed jobs

Platform fees are intended for completed bookings. Charges for cancelled, failed, disputed or reassigned work are reviewed under your agreement and the circumstances of the booking. Contact support about a disputed charge.

Extra work

Explain the additional work and price, get the customer's approval and record the agreement before starting. This includes parts, materials and work outside the original booking.

Changes to terms

Updated terms will be published on the website or app. We will notify you of significant changes. Check the terms that apply before accepting a booking.

Conduct, privacy, service-photo rules and disputes

Respectful conduct

Customers, providers and everyone attending a job must treat each other and the TaskTigers team with respect. Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, intimidating, sexually inappropriate or repeatedly disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable. This includes threats of violence, repeated unwanted calls and pressure or threats to collect money. Our customer service, BPO and sales staff have the right to work without abuse or intimidation.

If these rules are broken

TaskTigers may give a warning, end a call or conversation, pause or reassign a booking, suspend an account or permanently restrict access. The action depends on the seriousness of the incident and whether it has happened before. These rules also apply to a provider's team. Serious threats or harassment may require immediate action without a warning. We may limit contact to our support team or report suspected unlawful conduct to the authorities. We review the available evidence and hear both sides where safe. A report alone does not establish fault or justify a financial penalty. You can ask support@tasktigers.in to review a decision.

Support and safety

We will help you with a complaint, but our staff do not have to remain on an abusive call. They may give one warning and end the conversation if abuse continues. Threats or serious harassment can lead to the conversation ending immediately and the matter being escalated. You can still pursue your complaint through support@tasktigers.in. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 112. Do not threaten or retaliate against someone for raising a concern in good faith.

Your right to complain

A genuine complaint, a payment dispute, refusing photos or contacting the police or a consumer authority is not abusive behaviour. We review service quality, payments and refunds separately from conduct concerns, based on the facts and applicable booking terms. Reporting misconduct does not automatically cancel a complaint, establish a debt, forfeit a payment or entitle anyone to a refund. Your statutory rights and access to lawful remedies remain unchanged.

Bookings, payments and contact

Confirm your TaskTigers booking before work begins. Work arranged through TaskTigers must not be moved outside the platform to avoid booking fees or agreed terms. You may contact the assigned professional to coordinate the visit. Follow the payment instructions shown for your booking; pay the professional directly only where authorised. Agree and record any extra work and its price before it starts. If a payment is disputed, contact TaskTigers rather than making repeated demands, threats or unarranged visits.

Safe service visits

Customers should provide safe access and tell the professional about known hazards. Providers must be qualified for the work, hold any required licences, arrive sober and use suitable safety equipment and issued identification. Providers are responsible for briefing and supervising their team. Changes to the attending team need TaskTigers approval and the customer's agreement. Check who has arrived before allowing entry, and contact support if anything does not match your booking. Report damage, injuries or unsafe conditions promptly. Anyone may stop an unsafe interaction and move to safety. Nobody should be forced to stay, surrender belongings or pay under threat.

Photos of the work

Before-and-after photos are only for documenting the agreed work and reviewing related service or damage concerns, to protect both customer and provider. Before taking a photo, explain the area to be photographed, its purpose and how it will be shared with TaskTigers. Ask the customer or an authorised adult for permission; never ask a child. Check permission again before after-service photos. A booking, payment, camera permission or service code is not photo consent. Take only the necessary views of the agreed surface, appliance or result. Deep cleaning does not justify photographing the whole house. Keep people, children, bodies, screens, documents, valuables and unrelated belongings out of frame. Bathrooms and bedrooms must be unoccupied, with private items out of view. Do not secretly record audio or video. These rules apply to every worker and every device, including personal phones. Share proof only through the booking or a support channel approved by TaskTigers. No group sharing, advertising, social media, portfolios or other personal use. Use genuine photos from the job; no staged damage, substituted photos or misleading edits. Do not misuse contact details, keys, access codes or other private information.

If you do not want photos

You may refuse photos or withdraw permission for further photography. The professional must stop without pressuring you or threatening a penalty. Contact support to agree another way to confirm the work. Refusing a photo does not mean the work was not done. If a photo contains private information or was taken or shared without permission, contact support@tasktigers.in with the booking reference. Providers must report mistakes promptly, stop sharing and follow our instructions for removing personal copies and preserving any necessary evidence. You can also request access, correction or deletion. We will explain what can be removed and whether limited records must be kept for an unresolved dispute or legal requirement. Removing a photo from a booking does not necessarily remove copies already stored or shared elsewhere.

Resolving a dispute

Stop the disputed activity and contact support through the app or support@tasktigers.in. Explain what happened, what outcome you are seeking and provide the booking reference and relevant evidence, if available. You can report a concern even if no booking was created. Keep original evidence and do not circulate private material in groups. We will review both accounts where safe, explain the next step and tell you when to expect an update. We may pause work or arrange another professional where appropriate. Decisions about service and payment consider the agreed work, approved extras, work completed, payments and applicable terms. A photo or service code alone does not settle a dispute. Do not mark unfinished work complete or demand a completion code to close a complaint. We will explain our decision; contact support if you disagree or have further evidence. You remain free to approach the police, consumer authorities or other lawful channels.

Photo guidance: Cleaning

Cleaning: agree the exact work areas before taking any photo. Bathroom: a close-up of the tile, basin, tap or other surface being cleaned; no occupants, mirrors reflecting people or private items. Kitchen: the agreed hob, sink, counter or grease-affected surface; no cupboard contents, food stores or documents. Room/floor cleaning: the relevant floor patch or stain, not a panorama of the room. Sofa/carpet/mattress: the agreed fabric area or stain, with bedding and personal items out of frame. Match before/after views of the same agreed area. For a whole home, agree a small representative set of work areas first; never film a house tour or photograph every room for convenience. Bathrooms/bedrooms must be empty, with toiletries, laundry, family photos and valuables out of frame. Photograph a tank only from a safe authorised position; no entry or risk merely for proof.

Photo guidance: Appliance Repair

Capture the relevant appliance, faulty part, leak or completed repair. Avoid fridge contents, screens, Wi-Fi details and documents. Capture model/serial details only where necessary for the repair and explained to the customer; do not include unrelated identifiers.

Photo guidance: Electrician

Relevant fitting, switchboard, wiring fault or repair only, from a safe position. No whole-room survey, meter/account details or household occupants. Isolate electrical hazards before any close-up; proof must not create a safety risk.

Photo guidance: Plumber

Relevant tap, pipe, sanitary fitting, leak or completed repair only. Empty bathrooms first; exclude bodies, mirrors/reflections, toiletries and personal hygiene items.

Photo guidance: Painting

Agreed wall/ceiling patch, surface preparation and finished area. Move or frame out family photos, religious/personal objects and valuables. An entire-home painting scope does not permit unrestricted images of the home.

Photo guidance: Carpenter

Relevant furniture, joint, hinge, lock or repaired area only. Do not open drawers/cupboards for photos without separate permission, or capture contents, keys/key codes and private papers.

Photo guidance: Pest Control

Relevant infestation/damage or treated work area only, when necessary. Avoid food storage contents, occupants and private possessions. Do not expose anyone to chemicals to obtain a picture; a treatment record/checklist can be reviewed by support as an alternative.

Photo guidance: Home Improvement & Inspection

Agree the inspection/repair area and necessary views in advance. Record only the reported defect, measurement or completed work. Floor plans, addresses, access/security systems and a full-home walkthrough need specific justification and permission; they are not routine proof.

Photo guidance: Laundry & Ironing

Use an agreed item count, tag/receipt or neutral view of permitted garments. Do not photograph underwear/intimate garments, clothing labels with personal details, cupboards or household members. Refer privacy-sensitive items to support for a checklist alternative.

Photo guidance: Maid Help

Routine sweeping, mopping, dishwashing or home help does not justify documenting the household. If proof is required, ask for one relevant work-surface view; no cupboards, possessions or people. Use support to confirm the work another way when a suitable photo is not possible.

Photo guidance: Beauty & Salon Women

Do not take routine service-proof photos of the customer, face, body, skin treatment, changing or intimate areas. Ask support how to confirm the service without photos. Never request a body image as routine proof of service, and never treat service consent as permission for marketing photos.

Photo guidance: Beauty & Salon Men

No routine photos of the customer, face, body or grooming in progress. Ask support how to confirm the work without photos. Before/after hairstyle or skin images are not standard proof; do not collect them as routine service proof.

Photo guidance: Pet Care

With owner permission, frame only the relevant pet condition, grooming result or pickup/drop carrier when appropriate. Exclude people, home interiors and address tags. Never distress/restrain an animal just for proof; seek support to confirm the work another way if unsuitable.

Photo guidance: Vehicle Help

Relevant vehicle panel, tyre, part, fault or completed work only. Frame out number plates, VIN, documents, personal items, passengers and surrounding homes unless an identifier is specifically necessary for the service and explained. No wider location survey.

Photo guidance: Gardening

With permission, capture only the relevant plant, affected leaf, pot or agreed work patch. Exclude neighbours, people, private terraces/interiors, address signs and security devices. No surveying surrounding homes or collecting a garden walkthrough merely as proof. Do not damage plants or disturb animals for a photo.

Photo guidance: Other or newly added services

Do not assume all photos are allowed. Agree the minimum evidence for the specific work with support and the customer before capture; use a non-image alternative for personal or sensitive services.
