Move-in and move-out cleaning needs a clear scope because homes can vary widely in size, dust level, furniture, and stains. Use this checklist before booking.

Confirm the home type
Choose apartment cleaning for flats and independent house cleaning for villas, duplex homes, or multi-floor homes.
Pick the correct square-foot, BHK, bathroom, or room option where available. Extra rooms, balconies, utility areas, or store rooms should be confirmed separately.
Prepare the space
Remove valuables, documents, fragile items, clothes, kitchen items, and loose personal belongings before the team arrives.
If cupboards or shelves are full, only exterior cleaning may be possible unless emptying and internal cleaning were agreed separately.
Know common exclusions
Heavy furniture shifting, loft cleaning, unsafe-height windows, pest control, appliance repair, painting, sofa shampooing, carpet shampooing, and post-construction debris are normally outside standard cleaning.
Hard paint, cement, glue, rust, or oil stains may need special treatment or a separate quotation.
Questions customers ask
Is move-out cleaning the same as post-construction cleaning?
No. Post-construction cleaning may involve cement, paint, glue, debris, dust layers, and special treatment. It should be checked and quoted separately.
Should the house be empty before cleaning?
It is best if the space is accessible and personal items are moved. Heavy shifting or organising household items is not normally included.
