What is not included
- Fuse, MCB, RCCB, ELCB, enclosure, busbar, wire and parts
- Distribution-board replacement, rewiring, circuit alteration or load upgrade
- Fault tracing for repeated tripping or concealed wiring
- Three-phase, industrial or burnt-board restoration work
Before the visit
- Keep the distribution board accessible and identify the affected circuit if known.
- Share a clear photo of the board and device rating before arrival.
- Book diagnosis instead if there is burning, melting or repeated tripping.
Common questions
Does the displayed price include parts and materials?
No. The displayed price covers only the selected labour scope. Any wire, switch, socket, fitting, MCB, fixture or spare part is purchased only after you approve its brand, rating, quantity and price.
What if the work is larger than the option I selected?
The electrician will stop, explain the additional scope and ask for your approval before continuing. Concealed faults, extra units, new circuits, wall cutting and unsafe work are not added automatically.
Will replacing the MCB fix repeated tripping?
Not necessarily. Tripping may be caused by overload, leakage, damaged wiring or an appliance fault. Book diagnosis when the cause is unknown.
Is a new distribution board included?
No. DB installation, rewiring and upgrades require inspection and a customer-approved quotation.
