What is included
- WC, washbasin, mirror, taps, fittings, floor, wall tiles, and drain area as per selected option
- Scrubbing and wiping accessible bathroom surfaces
- Standard descaling and soap-scum treatment for reachable areas
- Detailed tile-edge and grout-line scrubbing
- Final rinse and basic drying of cleaned areas
What is not included
- Severe or very old hard-water deposits beyond normal descaling
- Acid wash, mould treatment, tile re-grouting, or permanent stain restoration
- Paint, cement, rust, glue, or post-construction marks
- Plumbing repair, leakage repair, drain unclogging, fixture replacement, cabinet interiors, or ceiling work
Before the visit
- Remove personal items, towels, buckets, and toiletries from the bathroom.
- Keep water and electricity available.
- Share photos if heavy stains, delicate fittings, or stone surfaces are present.
Common questions
Will hard-water stains be removed?
Standard descaling is included. Severe, permanent, or surface-damaging mineral deposits may not be completely removable.
Can I ask for extra work during the visit?
Only if the professional has time and confirms the extra price before starting. Work outside the selected scope is not included automatically.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Fresh and surface-level stains respond better. Old, etched, rust, cement, paint, glue, mould, or chemical-damaged stains may need a separate quote or may not fully go away.
