Before the visit
- Wash hair in advance and keep it clean and fully detangled
- For blow-dry, keep hair towel-dried/damp unless the professional advises otherwise
- Arrange a mirror, chair and reliable power point
- Remove extensions or accessories unless agreed in advance

How long will the style last?
It is temporary. Duration depends on hair type, weather, moisture, activity and aftercare, so no fixed hold time is guaranteed.
Is permanent straightening included?
No. Chemical straightening and similar treatments require the separate consultation and quotation service.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
