What is included
- Labour for one selected light option
- Connection to an existing compatible electrical point
- Normal drilling and fixing for the selected standard fitting where safe
- Basic operation test and small work-area cleanup
What is not included
- Light, bulb, holder, driver, bracket, wire and replacement parts
- New point, concealed wiring, wall chasing or false-ceiling modification
- Large or heavy chandelier, structural support or helper labour
- Scaffolding, high-access equipment, masonry restoration or painting
Before the visit
- Keep the selected fitting and installation area accessible.
- Confirm the fitting size and share a photo for hanging or decorative lights.
- Book diagnosis if the light does not work and the cause is unknown.
Common questions
Does the displayed price include parts and materials?
No. The displayed price covers only the selected labour scope. Any wire, switch, socket, fitting, MCB, fixture or spare part is purchased only after you approve its brand, rating, quantity and price.
What if the work is larger than the option I selected?
The electrician will stop, explain the additional scope and ask for your approval before continuing. Concealed faults, extra units, new circuits, wall cutting and unsafe work are not added automatically.
Does the price include the light fitting or bulb?
No. It covers installation labour for the selected option. The customer supplies or approves purchase of the fitting and required parts.
Can I book a large chandelier at this price?
Only the small chandelier option is fixed. Heavy, large, high-ceiling or special-support installations require inspection and quotation.
