What is included
- Labour for one selected fan option
- Use of the existing compatible fan point and support hook where required
- Minor tightening, alignment and accessible connection check
- Basic operation test after completion
What is not included
- Fan, downrod, regulator, capacitor, remote, PCB and spare parts
- New wiring point, hook fabrication or ceiling reinforcement
- Motor rewinding, BLDC PCB repair or internal motor repair
- Heavy decorative fans, false-ceiling modification or unsafe-height work
Before the visit
- Keep the fan and room accessible and clear the area below the installation point.
- Confirm that a compatible electrical point and safe support hook already exist.
- Book diagnosis if the cause of the fan problem is unknown or wiring is burnt.
Common questions
Does the displayed price include parts and materials?
No. The displayed price covers only the selected labour scope. Any wire, switch, socket, fitting, MCB, fixture or spare part is purchased only after you approve its brand, rating, quantity and price.
What if the work is larger than the option I selected?
The electrician will stop, explain the additional scope and ask for your approval before continuing. Concealed faults, extra units, new circuits, wall cutting and unsafe work are not added automatically.
Does fan repair include motor rewinding?
No. The fixed repair option covers minor accessible issues only. Motor, PCB or concealed wiring faults require inspection and quotation.
Is a ladder included?
Normal safe residential access is included. High ceilings, scaffolding or special access equipment require prior confirmation and approval.
