Dishwasher inspection / repair visit covers only the selected scope. Parts and additional repair work require customer approval.
What is included
- Basic diagnosis of drainage, inlet, washing, heating, smell, leakage, or error-code issues
- Basic safety and functional check after the selected work where possible
- Estimate discussion before any part replacement or additional repair
- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Detergent, salt, rinse aid, hose, valve, pump, heater, sensor, or PCB unless explicitly listed
- Kitchen plumbing changes, cabinet cutting, deep descaling, or a new electrical point
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Empty the dishwasher and keep its water inlet, drain, and socket accessible.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.

Are spare parts included?
No. Parts and additional repair work are quoted separately unless the selected option clearly includes them.

Only the selected inspection / repair visit scope and the listed labour are included. Any additional fault or work is confirmed before starting.
