What is included
- Labour for one selected device option
- Normal drilling and mounting at a safe accessible location
- Connection to an existing compatible point where required
- Basic power-on, pairing or viewing test using supplied instructions
What is not included
- Doorbell, camera, cable, storage device, connector and accessories
- Concealed or long cable routing and new electrical points
- Network repair, advanced app/account setup or recording-system configuration
- NVR/DVR installation, multi-camera wiring, masonry restoration or high-access work
Before the visit
- Keep the device, accessories, Wi-Fi details and installation area ready.
- Share photos of the proposed mounting and power locations.
- Use inspection and quotation for wired CCTV or multiple devices.
Common questions
Does the displayed price include parts and materials?
No. The displayed price covers only the selected labour scope. Any wire, switch, socket, fitting, MCB, fixture or spare part is purchased only after you approve its brand, rating, quantity and price.
What if the work is larger than the option I selected?
The electrician will stop, explain the additional scope and ask for your approval before continuing. Concealed faults, extra units, new circuits, wall cutting and unsafe work are not added automatically.
Does CCTV installation include the camera?
No. The customer supplies or separately approves purchase of the compatible camera and accessories.
Is concealed wiring included?
No. These fixed options use an existing point or wireless device. Concealed or long cable routes require inspection and quotation.
