Before the visit
- Share outfit, jewellery, reference look and ready-by time at least 24 hours before
- Keep face clean and hair dry/detangled
- Keep all accessories, flowers and outfit ready
- Disclose allergies, recent skin treatment and lash/contact-lens sensitivity
Common questions
What is the difference between Classic and Premium HD?
Classic uses standard event makeup and hairstyle. Premium HD uses an HD-oriented finish, includes one standard lash pair and allows a more detailed hairstyle within the stated time.
Is a makeup trial included?
No. A trial is a separate scheduled service and must be quoted and approved in advance.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
