Geyser installation / uninstallation covers only the selected scope. Parts and additional repair work require customer approval.
What is included
- Installation or uninstallation labour for the selected geyser option at an existing compatible point
- Basic safety and functional check after the selected work where possible
- Estimate discussion before any part replacement or additional repair
- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Element, thermostat, safety valve, pipe, plug, wire, or tank unless explicitly listed
- New plumbing lines, electrical points, concealed leakage work, or unsafe-height access
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Switch the geyser off if it leaks, smells burnt, or gives a shock, and keep the area accessible.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.

Are spare parts included?
No. Parts and additional repair work are quoted separately unless the selected option clearly includes them.
