Every option explicitly marked Product Included includes a standard approved product within the stated scope. Customer Product covers application labour only.
Are bleach or fashion shades included?
No. Bleaching, fashion shades and colour correction require separate assessment.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
