- Haircut, blow-dry or advanced styling
- Product under the customer-product application option
Before the visit
- Share current hair photos, colour history and desired shade
- Complete any required patch/strand test before the appointment
- Keep hair dry and free of heavy oil/product unless instructions say otherwise
- Arrange running water, old towels and a ventilated area

Which option includes colour product?
The root touch-up and up-to-four-streak options include a standard product within their stated scope. The customer-product option covers application labour only.
Can I book global colour or bleaching?
No. Global colour, bleaching and colour correction depend on length, history and product quantity and require consultation/quotation.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
