- Sectioning and product application
- Basic scalp/hair massage
- Steam or warm-towel step where safe and practical
- Rinse and towel-dry
What is not included
- Haircut, blow-dry or event styling
- Keratin, botox, straightening or other chemical treatment
- Treatment for hair loss, dandruff, infection or medical scalp conditions
- Premium brand upgrade unless separately approved
Before the visit
- Disclose allergies, scalp irritation and recent colour/chemical treatment
- Arrange running water, a suitable wash area and towels
- Remove extensions and keep hair detangled
- Avoid booking with open cuts, infection or severe scalp irritation
Common questions
Which length should I select?
Short is above the shoulder, medium is shoulder to mid-back, and long is below mid-back. Very dense hair may require an approved product upgrade.
Will this stop hair fall or treat dandruff?
No. This is a cosmetic conditioning service, not medical treatment, and no clinical result is promised.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
