Before the visit
- Keep hair clean, dry and fully detangled
- Keep a reference photo ready if you want a specific style
- Arrange a chair, mirror, good light and nearby power point
- Tell us about scalp sensitivity, recent chemical treatment or extensions

Is hair wash included?
No. Please keep your hair clean and detangled before the visit. Hair wash is not included in these fixed options.
How are hair lengths defined?
The haircut options are based on the stated service, not hair length. Very dense, extended or heavily tangled hair may require a different approved scope.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
