- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Filter, motor, PCB, switch, duct pipe, or electrical components unless explicitly listed
- Duct deep cleaning, cabinet modification, civil cutting, or a new electrical point
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Clear the stove and chimney area and avoid cooking immediately before a cleaning visit.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.
