Can two people share one package?
No. Every package is for one customer during one visit. Book another quantity or service for an additional person.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
What should I disclose before the service?
Share allergies, recent treatments, cuts, irritation, infection, pregnancy-related precautions and known product sensitivity. The professional may refuse or modify an unsafe service.
