Microwave oven inspection / repair visit covers only the selected scope. Parts and additional repair work require customer approval.
What is included
- Basic diagnosis of heating, turntable, display, sparking, sound, door, or power issues
- Basic safety and functional check after the selected work where possible
- Estimate discussion before any part replacement or additional repair
- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Magnetron, capacitor, diode, transformer, PCB, motor, plate, or bulb unless explicitly listed
- Repair of severe rust, liquid damage, physical damage, or tampered units
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Unplug the microwave if it sparks or smells burnt and remove food and loose items.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.

Are spare parts included?
No. Parts and additional repair work are quoted separately unless the selected option clearly includes them.
