- Extra mesh, frame, channel, premium hardware, or material beyond the confirmed quote
- Major civil, wooden, aluminium, or grill repair before fitting
- Scaffolding, unsafe-height exterior work, or inaccessible balconies
- Work outside the selected openings or measured area

- Share photos and approximate measurements if possible.

- Confirm final area and material cost before installation starts.
