Common questions
Does the displayed price include parts and materials?
No. The displayed price covers only the selected labour scope. Any wire, switch, socket, fitting, MCB, fixture or spare part is purchased only after you approve its brand, rating, quantity and price.
What if the work is larger than the option I selected?
The electrician will stop, explain the additional scope and ask for your approval before continuing. Concealed faults, extra units, new circuits, wall cutting and unsafe work are not added automatically.
What does up to 5 metres mean?
It covers one continuous accessible route with a total length of no more than five metres. Longer or multiple routes require additional approved scope.
Are AC and geyser points included?
No. Dedicated high-load points require load and circuit inspection before quotation.
