Before the visit
- Stop the inlet and use or drain most stored water before arrival.
- Keep terrace access unlocked with a stable staircase or safe permanent ladder.
- Keep the tank opening accessible and large enough for the approved cleaning method.
- Do not expect work on fragile roof sheets, unsafe parapet access, rain, strong wind or slippery conditions.
- Provide an approved drainage point. Disposal of large volumes of stored water, tanker arrangement, external pumping or dewatering equipment is not included.
Common questions
Who empties the tank?
The customer should stop the inlet and reduce the water level before arrival. The professional removes only the remaining manageable water needed for cleaning. Large-volume pumping or disposal is not included unless separately quoted.
Can you clean multiple tanks?
The displayed price covers one tank. Select the correct quantity where available or request a combined quotation for multiple units.
Is disinfection included?
Standard cleaning includes an approved disinfecting step where suitable, followed by a final rinse. Laboratory water testing is not included.
Will all algae, scaling and deposits be removed?
Loose sludge, dirt and treatable surface buildup are cleaned. Heavy mineral scale, permanent staining, damaged coatings, cracks and embedded contamination may not be removable through standard cleaning.
