Book a Maid by Time
Choose 1, 1.5, 2 or 3 hours and select the housework you need.
What is included
- One maid for the selected 60, 90, 120 or 180 minutes
- Regular utensils, sweeping, mopping and everyday dusting
- Daily kitchen cleanup, basic bathroom cleanup, bed making and room tidying
- Laundry loading, hanging and folding; clothes folding and wardrobe organisation
- Vegetable washing, peeling, chopping or dough kneading
- Accessible balcony or window cleaning
- Ironing only when a suitable maid is available and you provide a safe iron and ironing board
What is not included
- Completion of every selected work item when there is more work than the booked time allows
- Deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, post-construction cleaning or specialised stain removal
- Cleaning products, tools, machines, groceries, ingredients or other materials
- Child, elderly, patient or pet care; full-meal cooking; raw meat or fish preparation
- Electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, pest-control, hazardous or unsafe-height work
- Heavy furniture movement, cash handling, errands, valuables custody or work outside the booked address
Before the visit
- Choose the time and select the housework you need.
- Keep safe cleaning supplies, broom, mop, bucket, cloths and any kitchen or laundry tools ready.
- Secure cash, jewellery and documents; keep pets safely managed and an adult available.
- Tell the helper about delicate surfaces, allergies, damaged equipment or safety concerns before work starts.
Common questions
Which household tasks can I select?
You can choose regular utensils, sweeping, mopping, everyday dusting, daily kitchen cleanup, basic bathroom cleanup, laundry help, ironing, kitchen preparation, bed making, accessible balcony or window cleaning, and clothes folding or wardrobe organisation.
Is ironing always available?
Ironing requires a suitable helper and safe customer-provided iron and board. Select it as a task, but TaskTigers will confirm availability; do not assume it is included until the assigned helper accepts that task.
Will every selected task be completed?
The maid works until the booked time ends. How much can be completed depends on the amount of work, the condition of the home and whether the required supplies are ready.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials and tools?
Yes. Keep suitable cleaning products, broom, mop, bucket, cloths and any kitchen, laundry or ironing equipment ready. Materials are not included in the service price.
