What is included

- Basic safety and functional check after the selected work where possible
- Estimate discussion before any part replacement or additional repair
- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Gas, compressor, relay, thermostat, PCB, fan, sensor, or gasket unless explicitly listed
- Sealed-system work, electrical point changes, or food-loss claims
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option

- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.
