Before the visit
- Share current photos and the result you want
- List colour, bleach, henna and chemical treatments from the last 12 months
- Do not hide breakage, allergy or scalp sensitivity
- Keep enough time for an honest assessment; treatment is scheduled separately

What if I do not approve the quotation?
The consultation ends after assessment and advice; the consultation fee remains payable.
How is the fee adjusted if I approve?
The full consultation fee is credited against the approved quotation, so it is not charged twice.
Why is there no fixed treatment price?
Product quantity and safe process depend on hair length, density, history and condition. A fixed price before assessment could be misleading or unsafe.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
