What is not included
- PCB, motor, pump, belt, valve, hose, bearing, sensor, stand, or trolley unless explicitly listed
- Tap, drainage-line, plumbing, or electrical socket changes
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Empty the machine and keep its water inlet, drain, and socket accessible.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.
