Common questions
Are materials and replacement parts included?
No. The displayed amount is labour for the selected scope. The customer supplies parts or approves their purchase before use.
What happens if the work is larger than selected?
The plumber will explain the additional scope and price. No extra work starts without customer approval.
Is wall breaking or tile restoration included?
No. Civil work, wall or floor breaking, tiling and restoration are excluded unless explicitly stated.
Is there a workmanship warranty?
Eligible completed labour carries the published TaskTigers workmanship warranty. Parts, wear, blockages caused by misuse and customer-supplied material defects are excluded.
