- Products or body areas not stated in the option
Before the visit
- Disclose allergies, active medication, recent peel/laser/facial and pregnancy precautions
- Avoid booking with infection, open wounds, severe irritation or fresh sunburn
- Keep face free of makeup and arrange running water
- Remove contact lenses if the process may affect the eye area

Will this remove acne, pigmentation or pores?
No medical or permanent outcome is promised. These are cosmetic salon services; consult a qualified clinician for a skin condition.
Is a patch test required?
It may be required for unfamiliar or active products. The professional may delay or refuse a service if sensitivity risk is unclear.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
