- Guaranteed removal of old, permanent, dye, ink, oil, rust, burn, or chemical stains
- Carpet repair, binding, backing repair, colour correction, or odour treatment
- Moving heavy furniture or cleaning carpets not selected
- Drying guarantee in humid weather or poorly ventilated rooms
Before the visit
- Clear loose items and light furniture from the carpet area.
- Keep power available.
- Point out stains and fabric sensitivity before work starts.
Common questions
Can I ask for extra work during the visit?
Only if the professional has time and confirms the extra price before starting. Work outside the selected scope is not included automatically.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Fresh and surface-level stains respond better. Old, etched, rust, cement, paint, glue, mould, or chemical-damaged stains may need a separate quote or may not fully go away.
