- Pest treatment, odour treatment, waterproofing, or sanitisation unless separately quoted
- Moving heavy furniture or cleaning items not selected

- Clear loose items from the sofa and nearby floor area.
- Keep power available.

Can I ask for extra work during the visit?
Only if the professional has time and confirms the extra price before starting. Work outside the selected scope is not included automatically.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Fresh and surface-level stains respond better. Old, etched, rust, cement, paint, glue, mould, or chemical-damaged stains may need a separate quote or may not fully go away.
