Common questions
Does the displayed price include parts and materials?
No. The displayed price covers only the selected labour scope. Any wire, switch, socket, fitting, MCB, fixture or spare part is purchased only after you approve its brand, rating, quantity and price.
What if the work is larger than the option I selected?
The electrician will stop, explain the additional scope and ask for your approval before continuing. Concealed faults, extra units, new circuits, wall cutting and unsafe work are not added automatically.
Does an earthing inspection include a new earth pit?
No. New earth-pit construction or earthing repair requires a separate site quotation after the inspection.
Will I receive an electrical safety certificate?
No statutory certificate is included. The service provides practical findings for the selected accessible residential scope.
