- TV-unit exterior, center and side tables, chair exteriors and reachable shelves for furnished option
- Dry dusting of accessible sofa upholstery; dry vacuuming only when equipment is stated or confirmed
What is not included
- Sofa, carpet, mattress or curtain shampooing
- Dining area, attached balcony or additional rooms
- Cabinet, TV-unit, loft or storage interiors
- Moving heavy sofas, cabinets or TV units
- Wall washing, ceiling cleaning, unsafe-height work, repair work or guaranteed stain removal
Before the visit
- Clear loose items from the selected living room floor, tables and seating area.
- Move valuables, documents, electronics and fragile items aside.
- Share photos first for large halls, combined living-and-dining spaces or unusually heavy dust/stains.
Common questions
Will all stains be removed?
Surface dirt and many fresh stains can be treated. Old paint, cement, glue, rust, mould, etched marks or damaged finishes may not be removable and may require a separate quote.
Does this include other rooms or attached areas?
No. The price covers only one selected living room. Attached bathrooms, balconies, dining spaces and additional rooms are separate.
Need two or more rooms cleaned?
Full-home deep cleaning may provide better value when you need multiple rooms, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned together.
