Water purifier cleaning / service covers only the selected scope. Parts and additional repair work require customer approval.
What is included
- Accessible filter housings, tank, and service areas included in the selected option
- Basic safety and functional check after the selected work where possible
- Estimate discussion before any part replacement or additional repair
- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Filters, membrane, UV lamp, pump, adapter, pipes, tap, or tank unless explicitly listed
- Plumbing modifications, new electrical points, or drilling beyond the selected installation
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Keep the purifier, inlet, drain, and socket accessible and share the last filter-change date.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.
