- Gel/acrylic extension or removal
- Nail art or polish unless explicitly stated
- Treatment of fungal infection, corns, wounds or ingrown nails
- Medical foot care or blade-based callus removal
Before the visit
- Remove gel/acrylic and polish in advance unless separately agreed
- Arrange running water, towels, seating and a power point if needed
- Disclose diabetes, circulation issues, infection, wounds or nail conditions
- Do not book on open cuts or suspected fungal infection
Common questions
Is nail polish included?
No unless the option explicitly says so. Customers may supply a suitable polish after confirming it with the professional.
Can the professional treat cracked heels, corns or fungal nails?
No. Medical foot/nail conditions and blade-based treatment are outside salon scope.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
