- Pedicure unless separately booked
Before the visit
- Share current nail photos and reference design
- Disclose allergy, infection, nail damage and recent extensions
- Remove jewellery and arrange a well-lit table/power point
- Do not book with suspected fungal infection or open wounds
Common questions
Does nail art cover both hands?
Yes where the option says 10 nails. Complex custom designs, charms and premium materials require a separate approved quotation.
Does gel application include extension removal?
No. Removal of existing gel polish is a separate option, and removal of old nail extensions requires a separately approved scope.
Will the professional add services or charges at my home?
No. Any extra service, length upgrade or product charge must be explained and approved through the booking or quotation before it starts.
What hygiene practices should I expect?
Reusable tools should be cleaned and disinfected before use. Blades and other single-use items must be new and opened for your service.
