AC cleaning / service covers only the selected scope. Parts and additional repair work require customer approval.
What is included
- Filters, indoor-unit exterior, accessible coil, and drain check
- Basic safety and functional check after the selected work where possible
- Estimate discussion before any part replacement or additional repair
- Completion proof or OTP where required
What is not included
- Gas, capacitor, PCB, motor, sensor, remote, copper pipe, drain pipe, stand, or wire unless explicitly listed
- Core cutting, welding, electrical line changes, or unsafe-height outdoor-unit work
- Warranty on old parts, customer-provided parts, or pre-existing physical damage
- Work outside the selected appliance and option
Before the visit
- Keep both indoor and outdoor units safely accessible and share AC type, tonnage, and symptoms.
- Confirm part price, extra labour, and warranty before approving replacement.

No. Parts and additional repair work are quoted separately unless the selected option clearly includes them.
