- Empty kitchen cabinets, drawers and standard wardrobe interiors cleaned where safely reachable
- Bathrooms deep cleaned within the standard property layout
- Reachable doors, windows, grills, fans and switchboards
- Skirting, corners, shelves and cobweb removal
- One standard attached balcony where safely reachable
What is not included
- Furnished or occupied-home handling; choose Furnished Apartment Deep Cleaning instead
- Sofa, carpet or mattress shampooing
- Appliance interiors or chimney deep cleaning
- Heavy furniture shifting, packing, organising or garbage disposal
- Construction dust, paint, cement, grout, adhesive, rust, mould and heavy renovation residue; these require a post-construction cleaning quote
- Wall washing, floor polishing, pest control, repairs or unsafe-height exterior glass
Before the visit
- Keep the property empty or nearly empty for proper access.
- All cabinets, drawers and wardrobes must be completely empty for interior cleaning.
- Remove household waste, packing material, discarded furniture and renovation debris before the visit. Collection, transport and disposal are not included.
- Keep water and power access available.
- Share photos first if the property has unusually high bathroom count, large balconies, utility areas or heavy move-related residue.

How is this different from Unfurnished Apartment Deep Cleaning?
This is for before moving in or after moving out. It adds more attention to empty storage areas, switches, doors, shelves, corners and move-related dust.
Can I book this if furniture and belongings are still inside?
This service is intended for empty or nearly empty homes. For occupied or fully furnished properties, select Furnished Apartment Deep Cleaning.
Are cabinet and wardrobe interiors included?
Yes, empty kitchen cabinets, drawers and standard wardrobe interiors are included where safely reachable. Lofts, overhead storage, grease-heavy, pest-infested or damaged interiors may need a separate quote.
What does the selected BHK include?
The selected BHK includes the usual bedrooms, one living area, one kitchen and bathrooms within the standard layout. Study rooms, servant rooms, utility rooms, terraces, large balconies, additional kitchens and unusually high bathroom counts may require an additional quote.
