Routine cleaning for maintained occupied homes using customer-provided cleaning materials and equipment.
What is included
- Sweeping and mopping accessible floors
- Basic dusting of accessible surfaces
- Light kitchen slab, sink exterior, and counter cleaning
- Light bathroom WC, basin, mirror, taps, and floor cleaning
- Bedrooms, hall or living area, and dining area as per selected BHK
What is not included
- Deep cleaning, stain removal, grease removal, mould treatment, or hard-water stain removal
- Inside cupboards, appliance interiors, lofts, sofa, carpet, or mattress cleaning
- Utensil washing, laundry, clothes folding, organising, or heavy item shifting
- Extra rooms, extra bathrooms, balconies, utility areas, or work outside the selected option
Before the visit
- Provide normal cleaning materials and equipment.
- Keep rooms accessible and move valuables, fragile items, clothes, and personal items aside.
- Choose deep cleaning if the home has heavy stains, grease, hard-water marks, or long-pending cleaning.
Common questions
How is regular home cleaning different from deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning is lighter routine upkeep using customer materials. Deep cleaning is detailed cleaning with professional materials and a wider scope.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
Yes. Regular Home Cleaning is priced as a labour-focused service and customer-provided materials/equipment are required.
Can I ask for extra work during the visit?
Only if the professional has time and confirms the extra price before starting. Work outside the selected scope is not included automatically.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Fresh and surface-level stains respond better. Old, etched, rust, cement, paint, glue, mould, or chemical-damaged stains may need a separate quote or may not fully go away.
