- Sofa, carpet, mattress shampooing, pest control, or repairs
- Paint, cement, rust, mould, permanent stains, exterior glass, wall washing, ceiling cleaning, or floor polishing
Before the visit
- Keep the apartment empty or nearly empty for proper access.
- Remove loose items, trash, and personal belongings before arrival.
- Keep water and power access available.

Is this suitable before move-in?
Yes. It is designed for empty or nearly empty apartments before move-in, move-out, rental handover, or owner handover.
Can I ask for extra work during the visit?
Only if the professional has time and confirms the extra price before starting. Work outside the selected scope is not included automatically.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Fresh and surface-level stains respond better. Old, etched, rust, cement, paint, glue, mould, or chemical-damaged stains may need a separate quote or may not fully go away.
